Overview

All events book through the Urban Historian are subject to this policy.

Where you book an event and inform us at least 2 days in advance that you cannot attend we can either refund you or offfer to transfer your booking to another event with the same price value.

If you book and do not attend we are unable to refund you as we incur costs such as venue hire that need to be paid.

Refunds

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
