The Sneddon Paisley Heritage Walk – Sun 29 Nov 2026
This heritage walk will exploreThe Sneddon area of Paisley Meeting in county Square, we move into Back Sneddon, exploring soap works, weaving and elctricity generating before heading down New Sneddon Street looing at the other industries of the area.
The cost of each walk is £5.50 with the walks lasting about 2 hours.
We will meet at 1.30pm in County Square, Paisley. Full meeting details will he sent out to participants on the Friday before the walk.
Audio headsets will be used on the walk to help with traffic noise. Each headset comes with standard headphones that are disinfected between use, but we also have a supply of new headphones that can be purchased on the day for £1 if you prefer new ones. You are also welcome to bring your own standard 3.5mm jack headphones.
Please note: If paying via our card option (not PayPal) you may receive an automatic email saying the purchase has been cancelled. This an ongoing issue, but rest assured we will manually confirm the purchase and you will receive a second email saying the order is being processed. A completed order email will be sent once the event has happened. If you have any concerns during purchaes please contact us.
