RHG Erskine Graveyard Tour – This is the 3pm tour. Fully Booked
On this graveyard tour for Heritage Buddies we will be exploring the Erskine Graveyard beside Bisopton Parish Church, just off the B815, Ferry Road.
The original religious site of Erskine sat in the middle of the old graveyard and was replaced by what is now Bishopton Parish. The graveyard itself contains stones going back to at least 1580, and you can expect to hear stories of witch craft and war among many others.
On the day of the tour, the church are opening the carpark, church and hall for visitors where you will be able to enjoy tea and coffee (before or after tour) and explore historical artefacts from the churches history.
